Foundation Sessions

Our Foundation Session is a great place to discover
all of the benefits our firm has to offer.

Profit Plans help founders become clear on the experience they want to create through their business and develop a financial ecosystem that supports it.

Profit Plans is a process followed by a product. The profit plan process is initiated by a single conversation that explores the vision of the business and leads to the creation of a financial framework that governs money flowing in and out of the business. Budgets and forecasts are developed from the financial framework and this data is succinctly placed in a Profit Plan report.

Profit Plans focus on finances associated with Business Ownership and Business Management including :

  • Owners Compensation
  • Sales / Revenue
  • Marketing
  • Payroll
  • Operating Expenses
  • Taxes
  • Profit Margins

Profit plans provide key financial data needed for funding requests, product launches, expansions, acquisitions, pricing, marketing, sales, hiring, and so much more.

Profit Plans allow small businesses to envision change.

  • Owners get to examine their business  vision and select a compatible financial strategy and execution strategy.
  • Owners get to explore  compensation models and select the payout that aligns with their financial needs.
  • Owners gain clarity on their current ownership style and the ways it can help or hurt their business.
  • Owners get the opportunity to adjust and become better aligned with their ultimate goal.
  • Through the process, business owners get to determine if they want to ā€œwork on their businessā€ or ā€œwork in their businessā€.

Profit Plans combines simplistic Q&A, exploration and  discovery, projections, alignment, and a white board (of course).

For the first time, entrepreneurs receive clarity, direction, and peace of mind.

The entire client experience is known to be thought provoking, simplistic, and effective.

A Message From Ty Toopet,

The Founder of ExecT

Hi, my name is Ty Toopet and Entrepreneurship is my Jam!

I am a strategist with 12+ years experience designing financial runways for business concepts. I started EXECT, formerly known as ExecTalentSource, to help companies build million dollar runways for their business concepts.

EXECT gained it stripes by working with enterprise companies and roughly 6 years in, I decided to shift the direction away from enterprise companies and over to entrepreneurs. I wanted to invest into the development of inexperienced founders to teach them how to be more than creators and sales people.

It is my desire to see founders evolve into business architects. EXECT strategists bring founders into the fold to create a baseline around what it means to build, test, launch, and scale concepts.

We are dedicated to helping founders tackle business ownership, so they aren’t left to figure it out. The fact is, historically, only 20% of them do. Leaving 80% of small businesses out of business within 5-years of launching.
