Cancellation Policy

1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel services at any time for any reason.

2. Cancellation Terms

You may choose to cancel services provided that, we will not provide any refunds of prepaid fees or unused Service Fees. You will instead be offered a rain date for services presented by the company to coordinate with the consultant's availability. Cancellation rain dates are only good within 21 days from the originally scheduled date.

3. Email Address

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via email at [email protected]  of your decision to cancel services. You may use the attached cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

4. The Cancellation Deadline

You may submit your request to cancel at any time, as there is no cancellation deadline in place for ExecTalentSource's services. However, the company may exercise the right to change this policy at any time.

5. Effects of cancellation

The company possesses the right to deny future services to you or your company if 2 cancellations take place within a 3-month period.
